This patient had a broken top front tooth which was broken at the level of the gums and was impossible to restore back. The only option was to remove the root and replace it. Patient opted to have an implant.

I removed the roots and replaced it with an implant straight away. Root removed and without opening the gums an implant was placed. The final crown was placed after two months.

We got a really good result as you can see here. The gums looks so natural to the implant.

The patient is so happy.
