This young man came to see last year with broken top front tooth and was wearing a denture ( False tooth). He was not happy about the appearance and also had a big gap between the teeth.

I have decided to remove the retained root, place an immediate implant and also crown the neighbouring teeth on either side to close the gaps.

After 2 months of treatment including placement of implants and crowns, we got the final result which was really pleasing and patient is really happy he can smile with confidence now. It’s always feel good to provide a treatment and realise how the patient happy feels about it.
